1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and 444k. By accessing the 444k website, registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or sporting event available on the platform, you acknowledge that you have read these terms and agree to be fully bound by them.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on the 444k platform. Multiple accounts by the same individual are a violation of these terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of associated funds. When registering, you must provide accurate and complete personal information.

Account Security Obligations

• You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone under any circumstances.
• You must notify 444k customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or believe your login details have been compromised.
• 444k will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to secure your account credentials.
• You must ensure that the contact details linked to your account, including your mobile number and email address, are kept current and accurate at all times.

Identity Verification (KYC)

444k implements Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to comply with anti-money-laundering standards and to protect all platform users. You may be required to submit a copy of a government-issued photo ID (such as a National ID card or passport), a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address, and a copy of the payment method used for deposits. Accounts that fail to complete KYC when required may have withdrawals suspended until verification is satisfactorily completed.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

444k supports a range of payment methods commonly used by players in Bangladesh. All financial transactions on the platform must be conducted using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payment arrangements are not permitted.

Deposit Rules

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that was previously used to make a deposit into the same account, subject to KYC verification.
• Processing times for withdrawals vary. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 1-24 hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1-3 business days.
• 444k reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before approving any withdrawal. During such checks, the withdrawal may be temporarily placed on hold.

Any withdrawal request that cannot be completed due to inaccurate banking details provided by the user will be returned to the account balance. 444k will not be held responsible for any losses arising from incorrectly submitted payment information.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

444k regularly offers bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonus offers are subject to the following conditions, which override any general statement in marketing materials:

Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and if applicable, legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence, or any other mechanical or electronic device to manipulate game outcomes, artificially boost winnings, or exploit platform systems.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime through the use of the 444k deposit and withdrawal system.
• Opening more than one account per player. Accounts found to be duplicates of existing accounts will be closed and any associated balances forfeited.
• Colluding with other players in any game mode to achieve an unfair advantage, or engaging in any form of match-fixing, result manipulation, or arbitrage betting across multiple accounts.
• Attempting to circumvent any security measure, responsible gaming tool, deposit limit, or self-exclusion mechanism implemented by 444k.

444k employs real-time fraud detection systems and cooperates with payment processors and relevant authorities to investigate and act upon any suspicious activity. Players found to have engaged in prohibited activities will not be entitled to any refund of deposits or return of forfeited balances.
